One of our growing areas of law practice is E-commerce, Information Technology and Privacy laws. Our personnel are currently contributing to the development and evolution of frameworks such as Fair Use copyright licensing, cyber-security, online consumer protection and personal data privacy. We have a particular interest in contributing to the growth of the Internet ecosystem in Nigeria and across Africa by having the right legal frameworks and regulations in place; and seeing to the effective implementation of such laws, as well as advising clients on related transactions.
