Has about 24 years law practice experience, both as a litigator at the beginning and in the last ten years as a corporate and consulting attorney. He has extensive experience in regulatory reforms and corporate management in Nigeria, and in supporting the work of many international agencies, public bodies, private companies and civil society organizations as well delivering extensive advisory projects providing law reform and institutional development guidance for National and sub-national governments, and civil society organizations. He has good knowledge of national and international anti-corruption systems. Chibuzo holds an MBA Management Degree, a Post Graduate Diploma in Anti- Corruption Studies and works out of the Abuja Office. He is an American Certified PPP practitioner and also holds an MSC in public procurement management for sustainable development from Turin University Italy. He is a member of the Governing Board of Rhema University.
