This division of our practice regularly provides advisory services for the development of new and improvement of existing legislations and regulations guiding different regulatory systems in different sectors of the Nigerian economy. We particularly have expertise and experience researching and articulating regulatory reform laws in different sectors.

Our work has included acting as advisers to the Executive arm of government to research, hold consultations and propose draft reform Legislations. In some cases, we have provided support to strengthen existing reform proposals, as well as providing advisory support to Federal Agencies and the Federal Legislature in consideration and passage of reform laws in many sectors. The engagement of this section of our practice has included support to over 26 States in the reform of their PFM, and various other laws, and evaluation of existing legal regimes in 33 of the 36 states of the federation. We have also been strong in developing related regulations and supporting compliance by corporate citizens to these regimes when established.
