Uchechi has about 20 years of law practice experience and provides legal advisory support in various areas of Nigerian law, including compliance, ethics and integrity support, law reform, and commercial law related transactions. Her experience includes teaching business law to professionals and accounting graduates qualifying as chartered accountants in Nigeria under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), carrying out ethics and compliance-related tasks and assignments including facilitating related learning programs for stakeholders, and providing regulatory compliance support to foreign investors seeking to do business in Nigeria. Uchechi holds an MPhil and an LLM (International Law) both from the University of Aberdeen, and an LLB (Hons), BL obtained in Nigeria. She is also a qualified Solicitor of the Superior Courts of England & Wales.
