This book has been an effort to provide guidance for local and international investors and the public in
several areas of the Nigerian economy in which our staff have acquired work experience or have been
otherwise engaged. This is the end result of the efforts of our personnel to report on our firms’ scrutiny
of regulatory and licensing regimes in various sectors of our national economy.
