A&E Law Partnership has been engaged as Legal Consultants to the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) on the Development and Revision of Public Procurement and Standard Bidding Documents. The new suite of Standard Bidding Documents developed by A&E Law Partnership addresses gaps in the existing procurement documents as well as bring to the fore, new innovations and global sustainable best practices in Public Procurement.
The draft Standard Bidding Documents were presented to stakeholders from both the public and private sector, as well as CSOs for engagement and feedback at consultative sessions held between 31st of October and the 25th of November 2022 across the various geo-political zones.
